What is Foot Zoning?


Foot Zone Therapy is based on the belief that the body can heal itself when it is in balance. I started making my own soap, skincare, and cleaning products because I wanted simple, affordable products that were safe and healthy. After taking a shot at my own soap, i realized that not only did my skin improve, but I enjoyed the process of making it! Using my handmade soap became a special morning ritual for me to nourish and ground myself at the start of each day.

When I started foot zoning, we started offering my soap for sale in the retail location where I zoned. The store has now closed, but my soap is still available for purchase directly from me. I also make solid lotion bars that are an indulgent experience, especially for dry skin.
